OUR STORY

Duchess of Sweet is a Brisbane based women led company on a mission to be uncompromising about what women deserve: joy, nourishment, choice and chocolate!

After decades of accepting the second best rocky road, filled with flavourless jelly and lacklustre marshmallows covered in cheap chocolate, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

We have spent 3 years developing the most luxurious confectionary we could think of. Everything we create is handmade, in small batches from the highest quality ingredients making beautifully packaged gifts.

We roast our own nuts, we whip our own marshmallows, we pour our own jelly and use only the finest quality Belgian chocolate. No one can make a rocky road quite like we can make it.But still we needed a name. Something that would inspire women to ask for what they deserve, to demand more and not feel guilty for indulging in their own sensory pleasure.

We’re called the Duchess of Sweet because we’re inspired by the duchesses (and ground breaking women) of the past who used their power to pioneer, break rules and make history. We’re changing minds one bite at a time.

We’re carving a new path to create the world we want to live in. We strive for: sustainability, ethically sourced products, a focus on wellbeing and a space for women to put themselves first.
