NATALIE HALL

Natalie Hall is an Illawarra based Artist.

Her journey of art has been a lifelong companion, integral in enriching both personal life and community engagement. Since suffering a brain injury in 2005, art has evolved her personal journey - a healing platform helping the process of rehabilitation for brain, body, mind, and spirit.

The environment is a valuable part of her process, enhancing her life individually and in a broader sense within community.

‘My art reflects places and things that inspire me. I use visual documentation and produce ephemeral pieces from the natural environment using a diverse range of Drawing, Painting, Printing, Sculpture and Ephemeral art mediums. I actively source specific locations for my art therapy that I have positive personal connections with and enduring memories.

Australia’s Alpine area has many personal connections that serve as therapeutic spaces for creation.

My art processes assist with my healing, focusing on and enabling my abilities, inspiring hope and reinforcing a positive mindset.

I hope to inspire and influence others to explore their abilities and to heal through my story.’
