Returns/Refunds/Sale 

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.

SALE

All reduced items /SALE items /vintage pieces /original artworks are FINAL - there is no exchange /credit or refund on Sale / Vintage /Pre Loved /Original Artwork so please choose carefully !!

If you are not sure, please call the store on 0418499704 to discuss before purchase.

RETURNS

We happily offer you an exchange or a credit note for future use in store or online for 3 months from date of purchase, providing the item has been returned in the same way it left the shop (i.e...with tags attached, original packaging, unworn/unused) We do not offer Refunds for incorrect choice.

****Unfortunately hats, jewellery and vintage items can not be returned

For in store purchases, you have 14 days to return your purchase, this must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

For online purchases, you have 7 days to make contact with us via email hello@designdetail.com.au this must be accompanied by a receipt or order number.

NOTE ( credit/debit card receipts are not valid  - it must be an itemised receipt with order # showing date, product and individual amount) from the store -  DESIGN & DETAIL

 

Online purchases can be returned to DESIGN & DETAIL at your cost before an exchange is offered or credit note is issued.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories. 

SHIPPING charges are not refunded.

REFUNDS

In the case of faulty products you are entitled to a replacement or refund.  

For faulty products purchased in store you have 14 days to return, faulty products outside of the initial 14 day period with be assessed on an individual basis.

For damaged/faulty products purchased online, please advise us within 2 working days of receiving your delivery via email hello@designdetail.com.au accompanied with a photo of the damaged/faulty item, claims outside of this initial 2 day period will be assessed on an individual basis.

We recommend that you use registered post or a trackable courier when returning the item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.  Return shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
